If we have sent you an estimated bill, don't worry you can simply send us a you latest meter reading.
- We try really hard to make sure we read all our customer’s meters twice a year and we’re sorry if we weren’t able to read yours this time.
- If you have received an estimated bill and would like to give us a meter reading, you can select Submit Meter Reading from your dashboard.
