If we have sent you an estimated bill, don't worry you can simply send us a you latest meter reading.

  • We try really hard to make sure we read all our customer’s meters twice a year and we’re sorry if we weren’t able to read yours this time.
  • If you have received an estimated bill and would like to give us a meter reading, you can select Submit Meter Reading from your dashboard.

What numbers do I enter?

  • When you submit your reading, you only need to enter the Black and White numbers. DO NOT enter the red numbers.
